Cut-N-Paste

People were

driven out

dawn

first daylight hours

a hot summer day

"All Jews out side"

walked out side

with out a word

Gastapo's officers strolled about

dark flames

spread like wildfire

dreaming eyes

there gaze lost in the distance

depth of the soul

forgotten

something inside

felt the need

for

escape

prepare yourself

for

the  deportees were soom forgotten

completely forgotten

people smile

one day at dusk

during role call

man looking

notice me

his eyes narrow

he begins to beat

him with an iron bar

the victim

crouches under the blows

like a tree being hit by lighting

no strength left

we must keep going

deep in thought

“Are you in good heath?”

great mercy

epidemic

empty and dead

whipped out a whole people

so many millions
